wish there was an explanation as to why it took 16 days to dispatch, but it got here when I expected it to and they are beautiful!
The pre-sales service was excellent: quick communication, clear and professional answers. The product quality is good.
Unfortunately, after receiving the goods, we discovered that an entire box of lids was missing. Despite many follow-ups and providing all necessary proof, the supplier did nothing to correct their mistake or send us the missing box.
We are very disappointed with the after-sales service. The product is good, but the service is terrible. We cannot recommend this supplier for important or critical orders.
